Ama Dablam - Izsanjane Sanje

A documentary about three men and one wall. The story happened in the spring of 1996 on one of the most beautiful mountains in the world: 6828 meters high Ama Dablam. After seven days of extremely difficult climbing, Vanji Furlan and Tomaž Humar managed to break through the northwestern wall to the very top. Zvonko Požgaj, their only connection with the valley, monitored events from the base camp, guided and stimulated them through the transmitter, and at the same time carefully recorded and recorded everything that happened on those dramatic days. The ascent was noted abroad as the greatest Alpine achievement in 1996 and remains one of the largest in history.
