A beautiful journalist falls in love with a foreign skier who arrives in Bariloche to take part in a ski competition. The film is the greatest exponent of a unique cinematographic movement: Argentine mountain cinema, which began in the early 1950s from a group formed around the Austrian-German skier, actor and director Guzzi Lantschner, and which brought together men and women from different corners of Europe in Bariloche. However, the film did not have the expected success and the commercial failure led to the dissolution of the sub-genre.
