Héctor Ponce de León wanted to discover if it was possible to climb up to almost 6 thousand meters starting from the sea in less than 24 hours; by bike and on foot. Nowhere in the world had such a record been attempted. During the journey from tropical Veracruz to the icy summit of Pico de Orizaba, we meet Héctor, a simple and even innocent character; interesting for his motivations and important for his past. This is the opening story of the 'Desde Cero' challenge series.
