For a year and a half, filmmaker Frédéric Favre follows three ski mountaineers as they prepare for the Patrouille des Glaciers, a tough race through the Swiss Alps. Florence wants to race in memory of her father, but she is struggling to fit into his team. Guillaume is a seasoned competitor. He finds it difficult to reconcile family, work and passion. Antoine comes out of detoxification. By racing, he wants to prove to the world that he is not less than nothing. An intimate journey, an adventure that will transform them all.
