Paul Pritchard was one of Britain's most outstanding younger climbers until he suffered the most catastrophic accident imaginable whilst attempting to climb a sea stack called Totem Pole in Tasmania. We follow Paul Pritchard during the year after his accident and chart his progress from initial treatment in a hospital, his return home to Llanberis to finally watch him attempt the long journey back to Tasmania. This return trip has become virtually an obsession for Paul who wants to lay the ghost of his accident. He plans his journey to coincide with the first anniversary of the accident that left him for dead. This is the second episode of the series Wild Climbs. Wild Climbs series is the sequel of 'The Face: Six great climbing adventures'.
