For the first time in history, the famous alpinist Gaston Rébuffat and the volcanologist Haroun Tazieff build an igloo at the top of Mont-Blanc to spend a cold night there. The documentary is a report by the French television broadcasted within the program 'Les coulisses de l'exploit' (Behind the scenes), a monthly sports news program created by Jacques Goddet and Raymond Marcillac, and was made taking excerpts from the film 'Entre terre et ciel', directed by Gaston Rébuffat and Pierre Tairraz the same year.- 1961
