A film featuring the outrageous yet true stories of one of the Upper Columbia Valley’s most famous residents: Leo Grillmair. Grillmair tells stories from his childhood in 1930's Austria to the creation, with Hans Gmoser, of Canadian Mountain Holidays, the world's first heli-skiing company. Arriving in Canada from Austria in 1951, Grillmair and his life-long friend and business partner Hans Gmoser seized on the opportunities their newly-adopted country presented them and introduced Canadians to a whole new way of climbing rock faces.- 2016
