    Big Men Mallorca

    Big Men Mallorca

    Jordi Canyigueral (2015)

Carrying out a good project requires certain skills that go beyond technique, strength or courage. Art and craft often determine the success of a business. These skills will be needed by the youngest of the Pou brothers to become a Big Men. Falling is inevitable, but getting up is a must. The documentary shows Iker Pou's first ascent to Big Men, a 9a+ route opened in 1991 by Carlos Raimundo in Fraguel, Mallorca.

    Indian Summer Festival

    Jordi Canyigueral (2014)

The Pou Brothers, Iker, and Eneko, head to the Indian Himalaya to take on some steep rock faces in their pursuit of successful summits. They aim to make the first free-climbing ascent to the route 'Estrella imposible' on Bhagirathi III (6454m). The two talented Basque climbers have quite an adventure in those big mountains, and the video delivers some spectacular scenery from that part of the world. The Himalaya in India may lack 8000 meters peaks, but their peaks are still as challenging and beautiful as the highest mountains on the planet.
