The Challenge of the 10 Summits 'Tells the story of the Ecuadorian trail runner and mountaineer Gonzalo Calisto and the challenge of climbing the 10 highest mountains surrounding Quito, (all over 14,000 feet high) and join them running without the help of No motorized vehicle, this Challenge is a tribute to Javier Vélez, cousin and fellow adventurer of Gonzalo's, who recently died in a climbing accident, an epic journey that will demonstrate the persistence and willpower of Gonzalo's to achieve a challenge that is beyond natural and physical limits.
