Niños en la cumbre - Venezuela

Niños en la cumbre - Venezuela

    Juan Carlos López-Durán (2012)

15 children undertake the greatest challenge of their lives: climbing the highest peaks in Venezuela: the Humboldt peak (4942 masl) and the Bolívar peak (5,002 masl). They never dreamed of ascending such high peaks. They don't know each other. They have never climbed a mountain. Adventure is a word they still don't understand. They do not imagine the intensity of their struggle, the size of their sacrifice, the meaning of a passion. They will never see the mountains the same again... nor their lives.
