A film by Lucien Berardini and Jean-Marie Perthus with the support of the Club Alpin Français and the FFME (Fédération française de la montagne et de l'escalade).

The film documents the efforts made by French mountaineers to conquer an impervious peak of the Himalayas, the small Jannu, 7710 meters high. After a first attempt in 1959, finally last year the goal was reached, at the cost of extenuating efforts, hardships, dangers and obstacles of all kinds.

Les héritiers du Mont Blanc is a documentary about alpinism that takes place in Mont Blanc Massif and Mont Blanc. It was directed by Christophe Delachat in 2006 and produced by Migoo. It features Emilien Tuaz, Jean-Paul Gay, Soeurette Orset, Olivier Curral, Hervé Tuaz, Popual Dujon and others.

On April 27, Robert Paragot, Paul Keller, René Desmaison, and Sherpa Gyalzen Mitchu set foot on the summit, followed the next day by Jean Ravier, Lionel Terray, and Sherpa Wangdi. The documentary is a report by the French television broadcasted within the program 'Les coulisses de l'exploit' (Behind the scenes).
