The Aiguille de la République is one of the needles of Chamonix, in the French side of the Mont Blanc Massif. Two Parisian climbers, Jacques Fromentin and Michel Bastien, after an intense training practicing bouldering in the stones of Fontainebleau, attack the desired climb of the aerial and bold spire.
