Mount Saraghrar is a 7,350-meter peak in the Hindu Kush Mountains. In 1975 and 1977 Catalan climbers tried to open a route through the southwest spur, but It was not until 1982 that the goal was achieved. Through interviews and archive images, the documentary reviews the ascent, which marked a turning point in the level of Catalan mountaineering.

Joan Nubiola and Josep Maria Torras were the components of a historical Catalan climbing team that in the 40s and 50s, opened a series of classical, esthetical and exposed climbing routes. Both climbed with Josep Barberà and all three created the Cavall Bernat Group. NTB documents the history of these three climbers and the creation of the climbing group through interviews, photographs, actual footage and the, and images of the repetition of some of the most iconic routes of the Nubiola-Torras party.

Pioners narrates the activity of the Catalan climbers born before the Spanish Civil War that, in the 1940's and from the Montserrat walls and needles, introduced modern climbing in Catalonia. Some of them, exquisits, created prototypes of new climbing utensils to open themselves up and make sure where previously it could not be done.

Pirates is a documentary about rock climbing that takes place in Montserrat Massif. It was directed by Miquel Pérez in 2011 and produced by Estimball Films. It features Antonio García Picazo, Armand Ballart, Josep Manuel Anglada, Joan Cerdà, Joan Altimira, Joan Mulero and others.
