Two climbers from England, Pete Whittaker and Tom Randall, explore the strange sub-culture of offwidth crack climbing. They embark on a tour of the USA which culminates in the first ascent of Century Crack, the world’s hardest offwidth.

In November 2016, Pete Whittaker became the first person to complete a free climbing roped-solo ascent to El Capitan in under 24 hours, finishing in 20 hours and 6 minutes. Rope Solo Free climbing is a sport that few people know about and even fewer people do. We hear from Pete Whittaker, from his long time climbing partner Tom Randall, and from the big wall solo climbing expert Andy Kirkpatrick as they take us through the paces of what it really means to make a rope-solo-free ascent of El Cap.

Pete Whittaker and Tom Randall, known as the Wide Boyz since his spectacular ascent of the Century Crack in Canyonlands back in 2011, take on now the bold sandstone towers of Adrspach in the Czech Republic, where often the climbing routes are protected with just knotted slings and ropes jammed into cracks. There Pete and Tom will meet local climbers like Danny Mensik and Petr Vorisek, from whom the British crack climbing stars will have to learn a lot of new things.

Jesse Dufton was born with 20% central vision. At four years of age Jesse was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa: a rare genetic disease that breaks down the retinas' cells. At aged 20 Jesse could no longer read, by the time he was 30 his vision was reduced to just light perception with around 1 or 2% field of view. As a life long climber, Jesse flies in the face of adversity training for world cup events and leading traditional rock climbs with his sight guide and fiancee Molly. As his sight degenerates his climbing continues to make remarkable progress. Despite his devastating condition Jesse only takes on bigger challenges by attempting to be the first blind person to make a 'non-sight' lead of the iconic Old Man of Hoy sea stack in Scotland.

Wild Country sponsored climbers, Pete Whittaker and Tom Randall lead a team of trad climbers from the UK - including Adam Bailes and Andy Asquith - on a mission to repeat some of Europes most fiendish cracks (including Thia Boxing 5.13a) and to search for new lines in some of Europe's classic venues. The trip takes them from Chamonix to Annot, to the Val dell'Orco in Italy on a journey of discovery with many epics along the way.
