The wolf and the medallion is a documentary about rock climbing that takes place in Keketuohai. It was directed by Jeremy Collins in 2011 and produced by Jeremy Collins. It features Jeremy Collins, Zion Collins, Mark Jenkins, Corey Rich, Marina Rich, Tommy Caldwell and others.

In February, 2014, Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell became the first climbers to complete the coveted Fitz Traverse, a massive route that follows the iconic skyline of the Fitz Roy massif in southern Patagonia  This film tells the epic tale of their groundbreaking ascent and is the feature film of the 2015 REEL ROCK Film Tour.  I was hired by BigUp Productions to climb and shoot with Honnold and Caldwell in the rugged mountains of the Chalten massif in Patagonia to provide footage to help tell this story.

Tommy Caldwell may be the hardest-working man in climbing. From his epic free routes on El Cap, to his early days of cutting edge sport climbing, Caldwell continues to push the limits of hard free climbing. In this recent video, Making Tommy, filmmaker Chris Alstrin explores Caldwell’s roots, beginning with his first climb in Estes Park at the age of three, to his current battle with El Cap’s Dawn Wall project.
