Rockface is a British television drama series which was broadcast on BBC One from 2002 to 2003. It ran for two series. The series is set in Glenntannoch, a fictitious town in the Scottish Highlands, and centres on a mountain rescue team led by Dr Gordon Urquhart. The major rescues and incidents in the series were based on real life rescues conducted by the Lochaber Mountain Rescue service. Rockface is about teamwork, friendship, leadership, heartache, courage, strength of character, stubbornness, individuality and loves; Rockface is about life.

Rockface was filmed on location in Scotland and based on the real Lochaber Mountain Rescue service. All the major incidents in the series were also based on real life rescues. The show ran for two series in 2002 and 2003. Set in the fictitious town of Glenntannoch in the Highlands, Rockface tells energetic stories packed with action and adventure, but also reveals the personal and romantic lives of the rescue team. At its heart are the men and women who volunteer to risk their lives rescuing those in peril in the mountains.
