    Guided and miss guided

    C.L. Chester ( 1919 - USA )

But she gets there triumphantly - and smiles, smiles, smiles! That's how the film was commercially presented. The girl was a young tourist lady who buys a sweet mountaineering costume, hires two Swiss guides, and embarks on an ascension to Mount Assiniboine. A story written by Katherine Hilliker and produced by C.L. Chester in cooperation with Outing, 'the magazine of all outdoors'.

    Cisza

    Sławomir Pstrong ( 2010 - Poland )

The film is based on real events and is part of the series 'Prawdziwe historie'. In January 2003 a group of 21 students of the secondary school of Tychy, accompanied by 4 teachers, visited the Tatras to climb the Rysy, the highest peak of Poland. As the weather conditions were bad and there was heavy snow, part of the group decided to stay in the mountain shelter while the others went on the climb. On the way the group was taken by a huge avalanche that fell down from Rysy into the lake killing eight of them. The movie, although tells a true story, does not focus on the facts. It shows more the dilemma of the families and their sorrow after losing their children.
